Al Woodruff- Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar. Al is the founder of The Main Event Band which began back in 1989. Al has performed professionally for more than 30 years with many popular East Coast bands. He has shared the stage with many well known groups such as The Four Tops, The Temptations, Kenny Rogers, just to name a few. The group with Al has performed at many festivals including the likes of.. The Chairmen Of The Board, Band Of Oz, The Embers, The Tams, and many, many more. One of Al's biggest assets is the ability to perform many styles of music be it R&B, Rock, Motown, Funk, Jazz, Country, just to list a few. He also brings a ton of energy to every performance!
